Since earning his B.A. in Biochemistry from the University of Scranton in 1984 and his D.D.S. from Georgetown University of Washington D.C. in 1988, Dr. Konecny has dedicated many hours of continuing education in periodontal restorative dentistry, endodontic implants and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Konecny combines artistic proficiency with clinical excellence to craft natural-looking, gorgeous smiles.

He has built a flourishing dental practice in Sarasota, Florida where award winning beaches meet award winning smiles. His passion for providing the most advanced dentistry services for his patients extends far beyond the bounds of his office walls. Post-graduate training is an imperial practice philosophy of Dr Konecny's and he continuously strives to stay current with new developments in dental techniques and technologies. He is a graduate of Schuster Center for Professional Development and Misch Implant Institute for Implant Prosthetics. Dr Konecny also has extensive training in the new and revolutionary Lumineers procedure.

Dr. Konecny was born and raised near Scranton, Pennsylvania. He has been happily married for 18 years to his wife Susan and they have 3 beautiful children Kaitlyn, Andrew, and Michelle.
